The Meeting was called to order at 5:00pm. In the absence of President Clair Murphy
(due to a death in the family), Greg Steeves chaired the meeting.

identified, motioned by Dario Manna and seconded by Greg Steeves to accept as read

Motioned by Coady MacDonald seconded by Chris Pawson to accept the financial

Election of officers were held the following positions were filled for a two year period

New Business:
Discussion of criteria for qualifying hounds by region – Submitted by Judy Walsh
1. In the absence of the proponent, there was limited discussion on this proposal.
On motion by Jason Powers, seconded by Dario Manna it was approved that the
the current criteria would not change. Motion carried
Discussion of Hall of Fame Listing – Submitted by Judy Walsh
1. It was generally agreed that this issue should be more active. Mike Burrows
agreed to take on Coordinator position.
Review and reform the current policy of placing Ten Hounds in each class – Submitted
by Chris Pawson.
After considerable discussion it was agreed that the number of placing hounds in
each class would remain at ten rather than be reduced to five as proposed. Approved
on motion by Chris Pawson, seconded by Coady MacDonald. Motion carried
Review and reform the Canadian National LPH Beagle Association’s status on the
internet and its relationship with websites – Submitted by Chris Pawson
This agenda item was withdrawn by Chris Pawson
Other items from the floor: There was discussion on the return of the National Trial to
Fundy Trail Beagle Club in 2014. After some discussion it was moved by Pauline
Pawson, seconded by Chris Pawson that the Canadian National LPH Association donate
$1000.00 to Fundy Club to help with the replacement of the fence. Motion Carried
Meeting was adjourned at 6:22 pm on motion by Chris Pawson, seconded by Coady
MacDonald. Motion Carried
